Justin Bieber was apparently interested in the property but it appears he looked elsewhere for his final purchase.
Since the sale of her home, Lovato purchased a farmhouse in Studio City, Ca, which was a blank slate for Lovato to turn into anything she could imagine.

Lovato made an emotional investment, becoming a part-owner of a rehab clinic, CAST out in Los Angeles. It was the same clinic Lovato attended when she decided to get treatment and by all accounts, the investment was done was the best intentions in mind.
